When performing a Sync, the following error is logged:
Database error 8623: [System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException] The query processor ran out of internal resources and could not produce a query plan. This is a rare event and only expected for extremely complex queries or queries that reference a very large number of tables or partitions. Please simplify the query. If you believe you have received this message in error, contact Customer Support Services for more information. -
원인
A filter is applied to a very large number of objects and the resulting SQL query is too long. -
해결 방안
WORKAROUND
Configure an exclude canonicalname filter which does not match many objects in the database.RESOLUTIONA fix is available from support for this issue, please contact support with details of your current version of Identity Manager and quote Defect ID 2096. -
