Under certain circumstances the work of the VI.Database.Agent plugin stops in the JobService -

If there are various network errors (e.g. wobbles in the connection, SQL server not available, DNS error, etc.), the processing of the DBQueue by the VI.Database.Agent plugin in the JobService stops. The JobService itself usually manages the restart. Only the plugin does not make a restart.

This is a product defect (36469). -
해결 방안
WORKAROUND:
Restart of the JobService service.
STATUS:
This will be fixed in a future release of the product. If you require this immediately corrected, please contact support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 36469. -
