Question on tokens - duplicate database key from an earlier shipment

A new shipment of hardware tokens has been received, but the database key provided for import is the same as that of an earlier shipment.

Is it okay to use this database key?

The database key for hardware tokens is included with the physical shipment.

Only this key will work with the import files, which are emailed separately.  Confirm the import key is correct by opening in a text editor and verifying the listed serial numbers with those on the physical tokens.

If the serial numbers match then you can proceed to import using the database key provided.  It is normal that the same key is provided for new batches of tokens.
