STATUS: Issues resolved by hotfix_5984.zip which may be applied to 2.5.910.
This has also been included in 2.5.911; from the Release Notes of 2.5.911:
BFER 5984: Removed some unnecessary alerts that were being generated by filtering out some Windows events. Prevent batch report run from being blocked by other transactions. Fixed issue where account could not be deleted because of erroneous incomplete pending password release reviews.
The recommendation would be to review upgrading to 2.5.911 or higher.
