When we try to access the CAM Portal we get a message "Service Unavailable HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable." -
원인
The account that was running the Dell Redistributable Secure Token Server service has expired. -
해결 방안
1 - Go to Services | Dell Redistributable Secure Token Server
Check if service is running
2 - Check logon tab for details on the account it should start with.
Check password is not expired and is correct
3 - Log in to the Cloud Access Manager instance as the fallback administrator.
4 - From the main menu in the Front-end Authentication section, click view and edit5 - Click Test connection.
