The Access Policy must have the option "Record Keystrokes" selected to attach the keystroke log to the Session recording. The session must be recorded.
To allow a TPAM user to view the keystroke log, an Access Policy with "Allow KSL View" must be used. This check box applies only when ISA, APR, or REV permissions are selected.
NOTE: The user who records the keystrokes will not be able to see their own keystrokes in the replay, even when granted the "Allow KSL View"
When playing back the PSM Session, the keystroke log is viewed via the "Controls" menu at the bottom of the PSM playback screen; then "View Metadata". The keystrokes will be at the top.
Further detail is available within the TPAM System Administrator Guide under the chapter "Access Policies"
The TPAM Reviewer Guide has information and examples of viewing this information from a recorded session.
From the TPAM Administrator Guide, a DPA is required for a keystroke log to be created.
