If the Account will continue to be manually changed, make sure that a notification email is provided on the Account and System Details pages, and that the Man Pwd Change Agent is enabled on the AutoManagement Engine page. The Accounts Information Tab section from the

If the Account can be changed to Automatic Password Management, then use the guides to configure the System and Account. The TPAM Client Setup Guide explains how to set up a functional account. You can find the Client Setup Guide under the Configuration Guide heading

After the functional account is set up and works, then the account can be changed to be automatically managed. Explanations for this can be found in the Administrator Guide under the Accounts section under Information Tab and Management Tab.
