Why is the PMHelpdesk site to "search" for a user, but the PMUser site to require users to enter their user ID when they should be the same? -
원인
Product defect ID 252754 seen only is multi domain environments. -
해결 방안
WORKAROUND:
The is no workaround for this defect at this point in time however there is a patch available from Support for 5.9.3.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Password Manager
