How to apply the default Exchange Mailbox Retention Policy?

When going through the user provisioning process it would be nice instead of having to choose the Exchange Mailbox Retention policy to have it default to a choice.

Create a Property Validation and Generation policy to enforce selection of the default mailbox policy in the ARS MMC Console.

IMPORTANT: this will not be applicable to the ARS Web Interface, and to enforce the selection in WI you will have to create a script policy (not supported).

PVG policy rule that will work in MMC Console:

RULE: 'edsva-MsExch-RetentionPolicy-DN'  
     must be
            'CN=Default Retention Policy,CN=Retention Policies Container,CN=First Organization,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=company,DC=com' (default value)
     Upon object creation, this policy generates default value: Yes
