원인
Previously when using the Secure Password Extension (SPE) with Windows 7 there was an icon on the logon screen where a user could click once and be sent to the Password Manager user site.
When using the SPE with Windows 10, it requires (3) clicks to get to the Password Manager user site. This is due to the design of the user interface of Windows 10.

해결 방안
Due to the design of Windows 10 being different from Windows 7 there are no workarounds and there are (3) clicks required to get to the Password Manager user site when using the SPE with Windows 10.
