Does the Safeguard client need to be running the same version as the Safeguard devices?
해결 방안

Yes. The Safeguard client should be the same major and minor version that is installed on Safeguard. For example, if using 2.11.2 the 2.11.2 client sholuld be used. The last 5 digits on the version number can be ignored.
