This error can be safely ignored.
The software installs correctly and all commands can be run against it without any problems using their absolute filepaths such as
# /opt/quest/mcu/bin/connect-qmcuservice -s test.example.com
# /opt/quest/mcu/bin/new-qmcucomputer -c Centos73
# /opt/quest/mcu/bin/set-qmcucomputercredential -c Centos73
# /opt/quest/mcu/bin/update-qmcucomputer -c Centos73
