TPAM appliance asks for Encryption Plus Hard Disk login information. -

When starting the TPAM appliance it comes to a screen that reads “Encryption Plus Hard Disk” to unlock enter username and password.

원인
If a machine has been off for longer than 16 hours it is automatically encrypted and you need usename and password to un-encrpyt.

해결 방안
The appliance is shipped with a document called 'paraccounts.doc' that has the username and password to un-encrpt. If you can not find the document, the login information is listed below.
Please contact Quest Support if you have lost the documentation which has the username and password.

If you get a message that "Password recovery is necessary and a one time password would be required", power off the appliance and try booting it up again. You will have 1 chance to enter the login information per boot.
If after a reboot the appliance is still requesting a 15 line one time password, pull the power cable from the unit wait 10 seconds and then plug in the power cable again, and enter the username and password correctly to allow access.
