Change History details are missing after an in-place upgrade from 7.x has completed (4272010)

Change History details are missing after an in-place upgrade of Active Roles is completed.

This is by design. In-place upgrade creates a new database during the upgrade process and only configuration data is imported.

1. Open the Active Roles Configuration Center
2. Select Dashboard from the left side of the screen
3. Under the Administration Service select heading select Import Management History
4. Specify the SQL Server name and the Database from the previous version of Active Roles (i.e. Active Roles70) and complete the import wizard. If necessary, verify the source database name by connecting to Microsoft SQL Server using SQL Server Management Studio.

Note: Depending on the size of the Change History database that is being imported it could take several hours to import. In extreme cases where the Change History retention period has been increased, the import process may even take a few days.
