A policy server is producing the error "Server does not have a valid license" -
설명
One of the policy servers in the environment is producing the error "Server does not have a valid license", the licence is installed however and all of the other policy servers are reporting having the correct licences.
The additional error "4102.02 Invalid communication startup" is reported in the pmmasterd.log from some of the policy servers.

원인
The problem is caused by an incompatible encryption type selected for the server that is not receiving the licences correctly. All of the other servers were set to use AES encryption while this server was using DES. -
해결 방안
To fix this issue edit "/etc/opt/quest/qpm4u/pm.settings" and set the "encryption" option to "AES", then restart the pmserviced and pmloadcheck services on the system.
