Missing SMTP server address error message on Mail Agent -
설명
After performing the migration of the 2.4 backup on a 2.5.906 (or older) TPAM appliance when trying to start the Mail Agent it fails. When checking the Mail Agent log there is the following error message: "Missing SMTP server address". However, the same SMTP server is specified as the 2.4 appliance which works fine. -
원인
The Migration of Mail Agent settings did not create SMTP.cfg which would cause "SMTP server address is missing" when trying to start the Mail Agent directly after migration.
