How to Change the Workflow Text (4307249)

WORKAROUND

For the purposes of this KB article, we will assume that a customer wants to rename My Questions and Answers Profile to My Security Questions.

Navigate to:

PMAdmin | My Questions and Answers Profile | Workflow Settings

1. In the Workflow Settings dialog box change edit the "Workflow Name:" field and change "My Questions and Answers Profile" to "My Security Questions"
2. In the "Workflow Description for the Self-Service or Helpdesk site:" field type in any text that you feel best describes the workflow.
3. If you want a separate description for the Admin site then enter the desired text in the "Workflow Description for the Administration site:" field.
4. Click OK to exit
5. Click Save

Now navigate to the PMUser site to verify that the settings have changed.

This same process can be applied to any workflow.
