Active Roles does not provision Exchange Mailboxes -

You may have notice that the users from a specific OU is not being provisioned by Active Roles. Change History and DS.log shows the following error:
"isn't within your current write scopes. Can't perform save operation."

원인
Active Roles service account is not a member or is not associated the scope with a management role assignment. -
해결 방안
Contact your Exchange Team or Microsoft in order to add or change Active Roles service account at a management role assignment. -
