The subject line for the mail template "Attestation- Approval by Mail" has the code:
ATTESTATION APPROVAL - Policy: '$FK(UID_AttestationCase).UID_AttestationPolicy[D]$ / Case: '$FK(UID_AttestationCase).DisplayName$' / Created: $FK(UID_AttestationCase).PolicyProcessed:Date$ / Decision: $PC(DISPLAYDECISION)$
The column "PolicyProcessed" does not appear to exist in the "AttestationCase" table. -
원인
Product defect 28251. The property 'PolicyProcessed' has been moved to the newly introduced table 'AttestationRun' in version 7.1, but the subject of the mail template has been left unchanged. -
해결 방안
WORKAROUNDIt is possible to customize the subject on the default template and correct it to:
ATTESTATION APPROVAL - Policy: '$FK(UID_AttestationCase).UID_AttestationPolicy[D]$ / Case: '$FK(UID_AttestationCase).DisplayName$' / Created: $FK(UID_AttestationCase).FK(UID_AttestationRun).PolicyProcessed:Date$ / Decision: $PC(DISPLAYDECISION)$
