Both Advanced Login and SSOWatch are installed on a system and the E-SSO Security Service stops running and will not start.
There could be one or several reasons for this. Normally this occurs when the network is unavailable or a Domain Controller cannot be contacted.
Take the following steps:
1. Clear the cache on an affected system using the instructions provided here: How do you clear the ESSO client cache?.
2. Ensure that the following registry key exists and has the correct information:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Enatel\WiseGuard\FrameWork\Directory\PossibleDomainsList
If "PossibleDomainsList" does not exist, create it here and add the appropriate domain information.
