Trust relationship with multiple domains

What is the trust relationship needed between two domains when using Data Governance (DGE)?.

The DataGovernance.pdf on page 16 states that we need a trust between two domains, but does not specify the type of trust:

"Only domains that have a trust relationship with the Data Governance server’s domain and have had Active Directory synchronized with Quest One Identity Manager can be managed."

The requirement is a one-way incoming trust.
