Authentication error accessing a Windows RDP asset -

While attempting to access a Windows RDP asset via Safeguard, you may receive an Authentication failure error But direct RDP access to the machine is successful.

원인
This issue can happen if the user accepts the certificate warning too slowly, or if there is a DNS timeout.
This issue is triggered if the RDP connection is built up too slowly. This is a product Defect (340569). -
해결 방안
Workaround
Make sure that the certificate warning is accepted in time without delay and there is a working DNS server in the network. It does not matter what the DNS server replies as long as it replies.
Status
Change Request # 340569 will fix this issue in a future release of SPS. Please refer to this article for updates.
