SCIM configuration for SAP Cloud Identity Services should be provided OOB.

Most SAP systems connected to One IM via SCIM are hosted in SAP Cloud ALM (Application Lifetime Management). Using SAP Cloud Identity Services this systems are available to access via SCIM API protocol. Usually in SAP Cloud ALM is an default identity provider (sap.ids) installed using a schema nearly compatible with SCIM V 2.0 core. SAP is also using some schema extensions. 

Due to limited configuration options and partially non-RFC 7634/7644 compliant behavior when executing PUT/POST/PATCH operations, a way to provide maximum support for these environments should be created.
 

An enhancement request (#37015) has been created.
