Slow login when logging into the modern Angular web portal (4381099)

When attempting to log into the Angular web page, the "Loading" page takes a long time.

Once the landing page is loaded, everything is fine.

When looking at a HAR file captured during the issue, it looks like the 301 FETCH types take a long time to load:

-> imx-api-pol = 2 seconds
-> imx-api-rms = 2 seconds
-> imx-api-rmb = 2 seconds
-> imx-api-olg = 2 seconds
-> imx-api-hds = 2 seconds

This is by design in versions prior to 9.3.0

The aspect of the module loading was improved in version 9.3.0.

Following an upgrade to 9.3 or above, improvements in loading times will be observed.
