WORKAROUNDS
1. Check the resources usage on the appliance, to see busy it is.
This can be seen in the desktop client under Settings | Appliance | Appliance Information | Performance tab
If you are having consistent performance problems, you may want to consider distributing the load to the other Cluster members. Users can try logging into one of the Replicas to see if they are able to successfully submit a request from a different appliance.
If this occurs only at peak times of day, you may also want to consider task scheduling. Try to spread out when Checks, Changes, Discovery, Backups and other scheduled tasks are occurring.
2. Reboot the affected appliance(s).
If this is a one time issue, a reboot of the appliance may help to resolve the issue.
3. Check the Cluster Status
Confirm that all of the Cluster Members are healthy and are all communicating normally with each other. This can be found in the desktop client under Settings | Cluster | Cluster Management
4. Upgrade to the latest release
Continuous improvements are made to the product and upgrading to the latest release may address any underlying issues you are experiencing.
If you continue to experience issues and need further assistance, please contact Support.
