원인
This occurs when using a older client version (2.6 or under), or Safeguard 2.7 and above. -
해결 방안
Update the client to the version of Safeguard being used. The client can be downloaded from the https://IP Address of Safeguard - then login and then go to the top right "Cog" you can download the Windows Client.
