This only affects newly deployed 7.0 LTS VM. Appliances upgraded from 6.x are not impacted. -

WORKAROUND
Deploy 6.0 Virtual Appliance and upgrade it to 7.0 LTS then restore backup or reconfigure as needed.
STATUS
Fixed in 7.0.1 LTS and 7.1 feature release. -
