Check Password tasks are not generating a success or failure event (4379219)

When trying to configure email notifications for "Password Check Failed" events, the email notifications are not getting triggered.

For example, creating event subscriptions for "Password Check Started", "Password Check Failed", and "Password Check Mismatch", only Password Check Started events trigger an email notification but not the other failed or mismatched events.

STATUS

Change Request #487909 will address this issue in a future release of SPP, pending a successful QA and Product Management approval.
