Cleanup option not available(was removed) in Archive policy

In new SPS versions, "Cleanup" option from Archiving, "Delete search metadata from SPS after" option from the connection policies and from the Global options has been removed.

The session search cleanup option is now available to jointly address session cleanup and metadb cleanup. 

To define one, navigate to Policies > Audit Data Cleanup Policies, and add a new policy. The syntax of "Audit data query" is essentially the same as the "Search query", which is typically used on Search page (after clicking on "Advanced", a Search query line appears). This is a flexible way for defining desired result set. Administrator is able to craft expressions (even complex ones, including use of Boolean operators as AND, OR, <, >, etc.) that will match your requirements (e.g. include multiple protocols, define specific connection policies and other conditions). All the sessions that are included in the result of such Audit data query, will be subject to cleanup (if older than retention period defined). I highly recommend taking advantage of Search interface for testing your queries prior setting up the actual cleanup policy. Documentation references: 1.
