When attempting to join Password manager to Starling 2FA one of the following errors are reported
“The license number provided is either not valid, has expired or is already in use.”
Or
“An error occurred while trying to join to Starling. Please try again or contact your administrator if the problem persists”
Find the other instance of Password Manager that is registered to Starling and deregister it. This can only be done on Password Manager 5.8 +
Contact One Identity Licensing or your account manager and request/purchase a new Password Manager license for this new registration to Starling.
