Out of the box it is not possible to add text to the webpages. However it is possible to modify some of the existing text within the User site.Example:
This text in Common.xml: 'Go to home page' can be modified as per business requirements.
1. Go to Password Manager\Web\User\App_Data\LocalizationStorage\en-US\Common.xml2. Modify the text as desired.3. Save the file.
4. Restart the Password Manager service and IIS.
Note: Customizing this page will need to be backed up before upgrading or reinstalling as it will get over written during that process. -

Is it possible to insert custome URL to redirect enduser to particular site/page.Only texts can be modified, hyperlink CANNOT be modified.It will always take you to /PMUser page.
