The Enhancement Request ID#: 431573, was created to investigate the way authentication tokens are handled for sessions. Password Manager currently uses JWT (JSON Web Tokens) which are valid only on the individual server that initiates the session.

NOTE: Due to the current way the JWT is handled if another server handles the request that didn't initiate the session the PMSelfService website will not restart the process, and will not cancel the previous session.

WORKAROUND:

None. Load Balancing solutions are not currently supported in Password Manager and are outside of the scope of Support for troubleshooting assistance.

STATUS:

Enhancement Request ID#: 431573, has been submitted for review to the Product Team to possibly be included in a future release of Password Manager. Please contact your Sales Account Manager for status updates, or if this is a business requirement to receive answers from the Product Manager on when a decision will be made.
