The "Manage My Passwords" Workflow has a hard-coded dependency on the "Authenticate with password" activity -

After removing the Authenticate with password activity from the Manage My Passwords Workflow, the Old Password field is missing from the Change password in Active Directory activity.
Attempting to proceed causes the activity to fail with the error:
ActivityContext does not contain old ActiveDirectory password entered by user Parameter name ActivityContext.Runtime.OldPassword -

WORKAROUND
Leave the Authenticate with password activity in the Workflow and add additional authentication methods as desired.
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Password Manager. -
