Error from vgp_qpm4u when applying policy -

When executing vgptool apply the following error is seen:
[vgp_qpm4u.so] CSE: Privilege Manager does not appear to be installed -- unable to locate the pm.settings file.

원인
This is caused by trying to apply a global policy for Privilege Manager to a server which does have Privilege Manager installed. The problem can also be caused by incorrect permissions on your /etc/sudoers file. -
해결 방안
To resolve this issue check these three things:
* Install Privilege Manager if required and not already installed
* Remove GPO for Privilege Manger from server if not desired
* Verify permissions of /etc/sudoers are set to 0440
