The mapping rule is not showing up when you initially create a connection until you close the application and re-launch, at which point it is there.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create connections without issue
2. Proceed to the mapping tab and it says there are no connections available
3. Close Quick Connect and reopen it and the mapping is available
4. Any new connections create appear automatically in the mapping now.
5. If deleting all connections, close Quick Connect and reopen Quick Connect,

Workaround:
The current workaround is to restart the Quick Connect Console.
