Information events are no longer created

After changing the default "Windows Event Log level" settings level, Information events are no longer created in the QC Server/ARS Sync event viewer entry:

This is a defect. By default Information events are being logged in the "QC Server" event viewer entry, the default configuration is set to "Windows Event Log level" to "Error". In this level there should not be Information events logged. As soon as the "Diagnostic Logging" is changed to for instance "Windows Event Log" to "Off", and then set back to default, so "Windows Event Log level" to "Error", no Information events are logged anymore.

Defect #425113 has been raised to fix this issue in a future version of QuickConnect/Active Roles Sync service.
