해결 방안
Install the Microsoft Group Policy Management Console (GPMC)
Start “Server Manager”
Choose “Add roles and features”
Click Next to until you get to "Features"
Select "Group Policy Management" and install.
If the Control Center was open during the install, close and reopen.
