원인
If we delete or move a user then run the vastool list -f users-allowed right away the error appears. It is because the users that are deleted are still in the cache because the delete script has not yet been run. However the users are not in AD.

해결 방안
1 - Run the delete_check.sh script to remove deleted users:
/opt/quest/libexec/vas/scripts/delete_check.sh
2 - /opt/quest/bin/vastool list -f users-allowed
