Refresh script returns with Permission denied running through VGP

VGPTOOL runs the refresh script configured in AD by default on the /tmp/ directory. Now, if the /tmp/ directory is set to noexec or any other configuration that locks the directory to execute any script, the following "permission denied" error can be seen in the logs:

There is no way from the VGP side to change the behavior yet other than removing the noexec or execution restriction from the /tmp/.

However, an enhancement request has been raised and it will be considered for future releases.
