The Safeguard On Demand Starling Edition is unable to resolve on premise hostnames even when the correct DNS server is specified in Starling under SGODSE home page
해결 방안
WORKAROUND: Login to SGODSE home page here: https://pam.cloud.oneidentity.com/
Under View Connection settings - Click on Edit Settings - Copy the current DNS Server IP showing under "Your on-premise DNS server" then replace it with another IP address. Any IP address will suffice, it is only intended to make a 'change', then save - You will see the button for Edit Settings changed to Updating.. - Allow a few minutes for the change to complete - Click on Edit Settings to revert the change made earlier. - Replace the place holder IP to the original DNS server IP under "Your on-premise DNS server" and save - Allow a few minutes for the change to complete - Login to the SPP instance > Expand Appliance Management > Appliance > Network Diagnostics > NSLookup - Test NSLookup to verify that SPP can now resolve on-premise hostnames successfully.
