It is possible to see who checked out a password at request time? (4255955)

When a user attempts to request a password or session, if the session/password is already checked out to another user the request "Details" tab will show "Unavailable - in use".

Is there a way to provide information to the requester, to show which user has the password/session checked out?

Example's: "Unavailable, in use by "userid"

The account shows in Red if in use. 

WORKAROUND

None. A basic user is unable to see which other user has a password / session checked out..
