원인
If the "Computer Name" field is not filled in on the Details | Information tab, TPAM will attempt to use WMI to lookup the Computer Name. The error indicates the WMI lookup has failed. -
해결 방안
Ensure the System Name is filled in with the computer's NETBIOS name.
