The below error message occurs for RSA SecurID second factor users:
"Error 2627, Level 14, State 1, Procedure CheckAuthTimeout, Line 70, Message: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_ACEAuthenStatus'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ACEAuthenStatus'. The duplicate key value is (x)."
