In the menu, click System > System status.
The System status page opens.

On the System status page, you can stop and restart the Job queue.
In certain situations, you may have to use the One Identity Manager Service to stop processes immediately. For example, changes within One Identity Manager could cause bulk entries to be made into the job queue, resulting in a system overload.
To stop the Job queue
In the menu, click System > System status.
On the System status page, in the Job queue tile, click Stop.
In the Stop job queue dialog, confirm the prompt with Yes.
To restart the Job queue
In the menu, click System > System status.
On the System status page, in the Job queue tile, click Start.
In the Start Job queue dialog, confirm the prompt with Yes.
On the System status page, you can stop and restart the DBQueue.

To stop the DBQueue
In the menu, click System > System status.
On the System status page, in the DBQueue tile, click Stop.
In the Stop DBQueue dialog, confirm the prompt by clicking Yes.
To restart the DBQueue
In the menu, click System > System status.
On the System status page, in the DBQueue tile, click Stop.
In the Start DBQueue dialog, confirm the prompt by clicking Yes.
