Displaying identities' system entitlements

You can display system entitlements assigned to identities.

To display an identity's system entitlements

  1. In the menu bar click Data administration > Data Explorer.

  2. In the data explorer, click Identities.

  3. On the Identities page, click the identity whose system entitlements you want to display.

  4. In the Edit Identity side panel, click the Memberships tab.

  5. On the Memberships tab, select System entitlements from the drop-down.

Displaying identities' system roles

You can display system roles that are assigned identities.

To display an identity's system roles

  1. In the menu bar click Data administration > Data Explorer.

  2. In the data explorer, click Identities.

  3. On the Identities page, click the identity whose system roles you want to display.

  4. In the Edit Identity side panel, click the Memberships tab.

  5. On the Memberships tab, select System roles from the drop-down.

Displaying identities' organizational charts

You can display identities' organizational charts.

To display an identity's organizational chart

  1. In the menu bar click Data administration > Data Explorer.

  2. In the Data Explorer navigation, click Identities.

  3. On the Identities page, click the identity whose organizational charts you want to display.

  4. In the Edit Identity side panel, click the Overview tab.

  5. On the Overview tab click the Organizational Chart tab.

Identity history

The Web Portal allows you to display historical data of identities.

To do this, you have the following options:

Events

Shows all events relating to the identity, either on a timeline or in a table (see Displaying identities' history).

Status overview

This shows you an overview of all assignments. It also shows you how long each change was valid for. Use the status overview to track when changes were made and by whom. This way, you not only see the initial and current status but you also see all the steps in between (see Displaying the status overview of identities).

Status comparison

You can select a date and display all the changes made from then until now. This also shows you what the value of the property was at the selected point in time and what the value is now (see Comparing statuses of identities).
