How to generate alerts for each logspace if no logs are received in the last 24 hours.
Resolution

It is possible to generate alerts for each logspace to send an alert if the SSB does not receive any logs in the last 24 hours. You would need to setup Message Rate Alerting (MRA) feature in the product by doing the following:

Navigate to Log and select Logspaces

Then select the custom logspace name you want the alerting on

Click in the Enable Message rate alerting box

Then fill in the fields for Minimum and Maximum values and check the Master alert box.

Please note: We recommend you set the minimum value to 1. The maximum value is up to your discretion but it should be set much higher than 1.

The maximum value should not be set to a number close to or equal to the minimum value. If the maximum value is close or equal to the minimum value, that would result in the alert always firing as it is either lower than the minimum or larger than the maximum value, which triggers the alert.
