Workflow is configured to trigger when the operatingSystem attribute is modified and is not working after the client machine operation system is updated.
Active Roles will trigger the workflows only when the attributes are modified via Active Roles, when the attributes are updated via Active Directory no workflows will be triggered, this is the expected functionality.
WORKAROUND
1 - Use an Automation Workflow on a scheduled time by searching and filtering the attribute;
2 - Another alternative would be using a policy with a script where it will move or perform the action required, for further details please refer to the following KB4341043;
