The Unmanaged manage level is used when you create contacts through automatic identity assignment. You can change the contact's manage level later.
To change the manage level for a contact

In the Manager, select the Active Directory > Contacts category.

Select the contact in the result list. 
- 
Select the Change main data task. 
- 
Select the manage level in the Manage level list on the General tab. 
- Save the changes.
