The following error "A task was canceled" might be visible when trying to add a tenant through the Configuration Center as soon as a fresh install of Active Roles has been done.
WORKAROUND
1) Remove the Azure Application created during the initial configuration, please refer to the following KB332904 in order to do that.
2) Reboot Active Roles server and try to add Microsoft tenant again.
