Unable to add additional user group under self service management portal
Management Portal logs shows
Error message is displayed "Error: @value : String truncation: max=200, len=250, value='GUID=XXX;GUID=YYY;GUID=ZZZ;GUID=AAA;GUID=BBB'. The settings were not saved." -
Resolución
WORKAROUND.
Limit the number of groups to a current maximum of 4 so that the GUID length does not exceed 200.
Another possible workaround is to nest all groups under 1 defenderusergroup and only add defender usergroup into the portal. -
